Ingredients
1/3 cup vinegar, balsamic
1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 cup vegetable broth, reduced sodium
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, black

Preparation: Mix all ingredients in a salad dressing shaker/container and chill before serving.

Love this stuff…great as a veggie dipper or over salads. It’s best served after chilling for 1 hour. Refrigerate in an air tight container for up to 1 week.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup yogurt, Greek, plain, non fat
1/3 cup mayonnaise, light or reduced fat
1/3 cup buttermilk, 1% fat
3 green onions , finely chopped
1/4 cup basil, fresh, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, black

Preparation: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate in an air tight container for one hour before serving.
