2 tablespoons basil, fresh, snipped
1/8 teaspoon thyme, dried
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon(s), juice
1 teaspoon cracked peppercorn, mixed
8 ounces cheese, low fat mozzarella, or other cheese; cubed
Preparation: Toss all ingredients together. If possible, marinate for 30 minutes.
