3 cups tomatoes, grape or cherry
1/2 cup basil, fresh, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar, balsamic
1 teaspoon garlic, bottled minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon shallots, finely chopped
Preparation: Quarter tomatoes and place in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently. Allow salad to sit for 15 minutes for flavors to combine before serving.
